I created McQueen Cloud Advisory to bring that practical, architecture-minded approach to small and midsize organizations. Many teams do not need a massive transformation project on day one. They need cleaner data collection, more reliable reporting, better workflow design, and realistic guidance on when to use Google Workspace, when to use Google Cloud, and how those pieces can fit together over time.
A recent example includes helping a moderate-sized church begin building an analytics program using Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio — a maintainable starting point that fits the organization’s size, budget, and operating reality while leaving room for the architecture to mature as needs grow.
A lot of organizations do not need a massive transformation project on day one. They need someone to help them understand what is broken, what is worth fixing first, and what kind of system they can realistically maintain as they grow.
